Trauma Informed Professional Coaching

As a professional life coach I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. I offer sessions, both in-person and via Zoom. We will start with a free initial consultation to discuss your challenges and goals, and determine how coaching can support you on your journey. Mosaic Hearts offers an array of healing modalities to a multitude of needs. Individual sessions are customized to what you would like to work on.

My hope and mission is to use my unique experience to inspire others to find their own safety, healing and purpose. I have been trained in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model by leaders in the field of Betrayal Trauma Recovery through APSATS. I have been trained in parental estrangement through PEAK (Parents of Estranged Adult Kids). I have had specialized training in various trauma modules. I believe that healing involves not only our mind but our body as well. I incorporate my training in EFT tapping, breathwork and other somatic therapeutic methods to helping traumatized clients safely navigate the process of emotional regulation and regain a sense of security.
