About me

My journey as a coach began after several personal traumatic experiences. I discovered firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the healing process without the right support and guidance. These experiences have inspired me to pursue a career as a coach, with a focus on helping others who are struggling with relationship and trauma-related issues. As someone who has traversed my own journey through trauma and recovery, I know that with the right support it’s possible to heal. It may seem impossible right now to think of anything else, but something beautiful will emerge as together we place those broken and shattered pieces into an amazing and unique mosaic art piece. I have always been drawn to mosaic art pieces. How something so beautiful could be made out of all different materials, different size pieces has fascinated me since I was a child. Seeing a pile of what looks like broken pieces turn into a beautiful and one of kind art piece is the visualization of what I believe healing is. I have been honored to walk along side others as their own mosaic hearts come together. I would be honored to step alongside you as well.

At the heart of trauma-informed coaching lies the coaching agreement, a collaborative and empathetic partnership between coach and client. Mosaic Hearts healing takes this agreement very seriously. I take my understanding of the impact of trauma and use it to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. I aim to help clients develop the skills they need to take change of their lives and become more resilient. This requires specialized training and care to be effective. I want to open with education and certifications I have, so my clients can be confident that I have the skills needed to help them heal and empower them to reach their goals.
